Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Parayu purchases are billed by RenderLogic and processed securely by Razorpay. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

If Parayuisn't working for you, contact us within 7 days of your first purchase of any paid plan and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies once per customer, on your first paid purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops all future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods outside the 7-day guarantee window.

3. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. The refund will appear on your statement from RenderLogic.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@renderlogic.in from the address on your Parayu account with your payment reference (visible in your Razorpay payment confirmation email). We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
